To become a volunteer at Holy Name of Jesus Parish, it is necessary to complete several requirements designed to ensure the safety and well-being of our entire community. These requirements include:
1. Complete la Solicitud del Ministerio Voluntario.
2. To sign the Authorization for Release of Information form.
3. To complete a National Criminal Background Check, including a Sex Offender Registry check.
4. To complete the required Safe Environment Training.
5. To review and sign the Code of Conduct Agreement.
All volunteer service within our ministries and parish groups is subject to review and approval. These procedures reflect our commitment to maintaining a safe, respectful, and faith‑centered environment for children, families, and all members of Holy Name of Jesus Parish.
We sincerely appreciate your willingness to offer your time and talents in service to the Church. Those who feel called to serve are encouraged to complete the appropriate form or contact the parish office for further information.
