Parents must present:
- The original birth certificate of the child at the time of registration. The child must be under 7 years old.
Godparents must present:
- Confirmation Sacrament Certificate
- Catholic Marriage Certificate. These documents are required because mixed marriages exist, and only couples married in the Catholic Church are eligible to serve as godparents.
If a godparent is single:
- Must be living in a state of grace
- Must provide their Confirmation certificate.
Important Information
Pre-baptismal classes are required for parents and godparents.
In order to pay the registration fee, we accept only cash or check.
Dates for classes and baptisms will be provided when registering the baby.
Documentation will only be accepted from the parents.*
If parents belong to another parish and wish to baptize at our parish, they must bring a letter from their home parish, signed by their pastor and sealed with the official church seal, granting permission for the baptism.
